What “kind” of church is the River of Life?

We are a New Testament, Interdenominational, Word of Faith church that believes in the integrity of God’s written Word and believes in and expects the manifestations of the Holy Spirit.

Are you affiliated with a denomination?

No, we are an independently dependant church on our Lord Jesus Christ!  Our Pastors are ordained by and submitted to their Pastors, Kenneth and Gloria Copeland (kcm.org)

Do you “pray in tongues”?

Yes. We believe that praying in tongues is the outward evidence of the baptism in the Holy Ghost. Statement of Faith

What is your worship like?

You may find our contemporary worship service unique compared to others but it is based solely on the Word of God.  We may clap and lift our hands (Psalms 134:2).  You may find us dancing (Psalm 149:3) and leaping for joy (Luke 6:23)! What about children’s ministry?

Our children are the church of tomorrow.  We take children’s ministry very seriously and provide ministry opportunities for children of all ages at most services.  For exact schedules:  Nursery, Life Kids, Planet Shakers, The Core

How do I get involved at the River?

Every Wednesday night during our “Passionate Living” we have a New Members class that will teach you all about the River.  A “Foundations” class is also offered for those who may be new believers or new to a New Testament church. The “Helps Ministry” group will help you find your place.
